Choice of Picnics:

• Traditional Caucasian picnic: shashlyk, shulyum (goat broth), wine, chacha, pickles, fruit, vegetables, suluguni cheese, greens, smoked delicacies, beer
• Traditional fish picnic: ukha (fish soup), trout, baked in foil, slightly salted traut, caviar, wine, beer, honey, tea, fruit.
• Exotic Oriental picnic: shurpa, festive plov, tea, Oriental sweets, beer, fruit.

Equipment: tables, benches, chargrills, sun and windproof tents (if necessary), sport games.


Program 1: Picnic at the Kardyvach Lake

10:00 Departure from the hotel to helipad in Adler. Preparations for take off. Meeting with guides.
11:00 Helicopter trip over Krasnaya Polyana and its environs, ski complex, territory of the national park, Mzymta river valley.
11:30 Landing at the highland lake Kardyvach (1860 m above sea level), a place, never touched by civilization — the heart of the national park, panoramic view of environs.
Walking tour to the Verkhny Kardyvach Lake, swimming, walking tour to the Izumrudny waterfall.
14:00 Picnic at the shore, surrounded by mountain peaks. Activities: sport games.
16:00 Coming back to Sochi by helicopter. Transfer to the hotel.


Program 2: Picnic at the Khuko Lake with a walking tour along the Lago-Naki plateau

10:00 Departure from the hotel to helipad in Adler. Preparations for take off.
11:00 Helicopter trip over Sochi environs and the Caucasian national park.
11:30 Landing at the highland lake Khuko, panoramic view of environs.
Walking tour along the Khuko range, swimming in the lake, climbing tour to the Khuko peak.
12:30 Helicopter trip around the Fisht range, landing at the mountain plateau Lago-Naki. Walking tour along Alpine meadows, rocky ridge of the Kammenoye More range.
14:00 Picnic at a meadow, surrounded by mountain peaks Fisht, Oshten, Pshekha-Su, sport games.
16:00 Coming back to Sochi by helicopter. Transfer to the hotel.


Program 3: Tracking in the valley of lakes Dzitaku

09:00 Departure from the hotel to helipad in Adler. Preparations for take off. Meeting with guides.
10:00 Helicopter trip over Adler and its environs, Krasnaya Polyana, ski complex, national park.
Landing at the Alpine plateau of Dzitaku, the valley of lakes: a place, never touched by civilization, with a panoramic view of environs, which you will never forget.
14:00 Tracking (walking tour) along the valley of lakes DZITAKU, visit to seven unique lakes. Climbing Dzitaku peak, if you wish.
16:00 Picnic with a panoramic view of the Main Caucasus, sport games.
19:00 Coming back to the hotel in Krasnaya Polyana with offroad cars UAZ or GAZ 66. Transfer to Sochi.


Program 4: Krasnaya Polyana and Achishkho plateau

10:00 Departure from the hotel to helipad in Adler. Preparations for take off.
11:00 Helicopter trip over Adler and its environs, Krasnaya Polyana, ski complex, the national park.
Landing at the Alpine plateau Achishkho: Alpine meadows, lakes, panoramic view of the neighbourhood: Achishkho city, Chugush city, Pseashkha, Aibga.
14:00 Air trip to the valley of the mountain river Mzymta, where picnic is arranged. Picnic, sport games.
17:00 Coming back to Krasnaya Polyana by bus.
17:30 Transfer to the hotel in Sochi.


Program 5: Corporate picnic in Alpine meadows

10:00 Departure from the hotel to Krasnaya Polyana by bus.
12:00 Visit to the bee-farm, tasting of Alpine honey, tea, pancakes. Preparations for take off to Alpine meadows, where picnic is arranged. The group is divided into smaller groups, 15 persons each. Each group gets to picnic location by helicopter together with guides.
Landing at the spurs of the Aishkho range (1900 m above sea level): Alpine meadows, snow fields, panoramic view of the neighbourhood: Agepsta, Turjy mountains, Aibga, Pseashkha, walking tour along the range to points, which provide panoramic view.
14:00 Picnic. Activities: sport games. An animator.
16:00 Coming back to Krasnaya Polyana cross-country vehicles GAZ 66.
18:00 Transfer to Sochi.
